    i was not sure if my question or your response would be of much interest
    to the list. My question being roughly is Doxygen popular and is Doxygen
    used by more than just small projects. Would my time be better spent
    learing a differnt comment/markup system to Doxygen?

    From the list Randy mentioned i see Mozilla uses it, which is encouraging.

    the differnce between proprietary and commercial may be subtle but it is
    an important one and i wanted to make my self clear.

    ive read a bit about Literate Programming,
    never heard of LEO
