glib-2.0 builds fine and dandy on MacOS X.

pango builds okay on MacOS X, although the reentrant strtok_r is not
available so I don't know whether it's thread-safe.
pango for X11 builds fine - but who needs it? - and pango FT builds fine.
I haven't seen anything about pango w/ ATSUI but that would be interesting
- please let me know if you hear more about that.
