If you want advice on making ispell, aspell, or myspell* dictionaries
some of our users and developers have done so in the past and should be
able to provided useful advice.

I am sure some of the developers will be willing to help out, especially
if there is gainful employment to be had. (Andrew Dunbar resident
linguaphile, speak up!)
It is always great to have more people interested in Abiword and using
Open Source software.

I did some quick research.
I decided I needed to at least learn where the Marshall Islands are,
geography was never my strong subject.

(i am having trouble navigating the site, the menus are acting strangely).
Language: English and Marshallese are the official languages.
From what I can tell Marshallese is written from left to right and can be
written using the European Latin-1 Alphabet.
I also search google for Marshallese ISO and got this page

* abiword works with ispell dictionaries normally there is the option to
compile Abiword so that it uses aspell dictionaries. myspell dictionaries
are a type of ispell dictionaries used by the OpenOffice.org
project.
