commit -- preferences file and per-user data files

i added code to create an application directory
(~/.AbiSuite on unix and [...whereever...]\AbiSuite
on win32) to contain all of the per-user data files
which we'll need to maintain.

i moved the preferences file (~/.abiword on unix
and [...whereever...]\abiword.txt) to into this
new directory and renamed it AbiWord.Profile.

hopefully, this will let us create other files
as necessary without polluting the users's home
directory with a bunch of files.

this method is like what netscape does (at least
on unix).

P.S. hopefully, this will be the last such reorg.
anyone who's been playing with the preferences
file, will need to move it to the new location.
